Applications to be Varsity’s editor in Lent term are now open.
Varsity is Cambridge’s oldest student newspaper. We’ve been printing since 1947, and in our time have seen some of British journalism’s greats pass through our pages. David Frost, Jeremy Paxman, King Charles...
Today, you have the chance to join them.
You will manage a large team producing online content throughout the term as well as organising Varsity’s fortnightly print editions.
Applications can be made solo or as a pair. No previous experience at Varsity is required for the role. All students who are passionate about journalism, and have a creative direction of the paper’s print editions, are encouraged to apply.
More instructions for how to apply can be found here. The deadline for applications is midday on Tuesday November 22. Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be conducted on the morning of Monday November 28.
