This Saturday 25th February marks the start of the annual RAG Week in Cambridge, and while week six might seem to be passing by uneventfully, there is still fun to be had before the end of term.

If you haven’t been able to snap up other college formal tickets for FORMAL FREEDOM, then COME DINE WITH ME starts on Sunday 26th - gather into groups of 4, fill in forms sold by your college RAG reps and you'll be paired with another group for a three-course ‘cook-off’.  Alternatively, if you’re more competitively minded, then you can test yourself at the EATING COMPETITION, also starting on Sunday 26th, where you’ll have to eat 20 doughnuts as quickly as possible. Again, College Reps can provide more details.

The RAG PARADE takes place on 25th February. Go dressed in your favourite colour to Trinity College at midday, where a samba band will accompany you on a parade around Cambridge. The dancing continues at the CEILIDH on Monday 27th.

For night owls, RAG has teamed up with LOLA LO and CINDIES for the nights of Sunday 26th and on Tuesday 28th respectively, where some of the ticket price will be donated to RAG. You can get £1 off your entrance price in Cindies if you dress up to the theme 'what I want to be when I grow up' and then justify it to the receptionist when you enter…

The final RAG Week event is the CHARITY FOOTLIGHTS SMOKER on 3rd March. This promises to be an hour of hilarious songs, sketches and stand-up comedy from the same people that brought us the 'Smokers', and a great way to round up RAG Week 2012.
